Founded by a team of passionate Burmese natives, Burma O'Clock is a tribute to the flavors, hospitality, and traditions that have been passed down through generations in Myanmar. Our founders, who grew up in the bustling markets and vibrant food culture of Yangon, wanted to bring the authentic taste of their homeland to the Midwest, where Burmese cuisine has remained relatively underrepresented.
